Parago Software knows its grey matter
Parago Software, a leading asset management provider, today announces Grey Matter as an approved supplier of Parago, the unique online asset management system.
Grey Matter is an independent and trusted provider of expertise in Microsoft licensing, licence reporting and licence management.

Three new additions at Parago Software
Parago Software has three new additions – Jesse Westgate, Lucy Cowdery and Colin Nocetti - Welcome to the team!

Jesse, our new Sales Director, has a wealth of experience having worked in sales for over 20 years, more recently managing a Business Development team focused on building major accounts and new business acquisition for a leading IT reseller. Jesse’s main role will be to develop and grow the Parago brand with an innovative Channel campaign working with Resellers & Partners across the UK.
Lucy joins with 18 years experience in customer services and support. Previously working at Sage, Lucy arrives with a strong software accounting background and full understanding of the importance of asset management, accurate procurement and budget forecasting. Lucy is now a product manager at Parago Software.
Colin joins us with a wealth of experience in automated and manual testing software. Colin's role is junior programmer and customer support.
Helpdesk added to Parago system
For organisations with their own internal support staff the Helpdesk will help manage and identify high maintenance assets.

- Creation of tickets
- Assigning tickets
- Apply tickets to existing assets
- View ticket history for specific asset
- Reports including tickets raised against individual assets
- Anonymous ticket submission
- Including auto-discovery of assets (if the PC is ParagoAgent managed)
- Ticket modification notifications, including:
- RSS (really Simple Syndication)
- REST interface (Limited to creation, listing of tickets for phase 1)
- Customisable creation interface
- Ticket history
