The Challenge:

To find a cost effective method of tracking assets across one or multiple school sites.

The Solution:

To meet all school budgets, ParagoMobile was developed following customer demand. As a simple yet effective system, ParagoMobile tracks and manages all school assets from a kettle to a digital whiteboard. It also produces an inventory base in a highly cost effective manner.

Each school asset can be identified with a unique bar code or radio-frequency identification RFID tag (from spring 2009), making the audit process far more simple and straightforward. Details of all the assets are then uploaded in real time via a wireless connection. Alternatively, the school account user can work remotely by utilising the web-based Parago database and the ParagoMobile device.
