There are 4 options when purchasing the Parago Asset Management Solution. All asset data on your Parago account is stored off site as 'Software as a Service' with the peace of mind that it is securely held at Rapidswitch, one of the largest hosting centres in the UK. The options are as follows :

Option 1 Parago Central System — Full use of the Parago system to map out your organisations infrastructure, place assets with the use of icons and store all your data behind every asset. You will have use of all the features of the Parago system including:

• Permission based multi user
• Disposal system with audit trail
• CSV data importer/exporter
• Customisable reports module
• CO₂ and power comsumption calculator
• Mini helpdesk

Option 2 Parago Mobile — All the features of Option 1, with the addition of the Parago Mobile solution for automating the process of discovering all your fixed and mobile assets. Added benefits are tracking moved assets, automated audits and PAT test recording. A 500mb data storage allowance comes with the mobile license for photos of rooms, assets and documentation.

The ParagoMobile License is purchased for one device on a three year rental contract that includes annual support and updates. Additional device licences can be purchased at a reduced cost

Note: The Parago Mobile License can be used on an iPhone, iPod touch 4g, iPad2 and Android phones/tablets. Parago Mobile License is not supplied with any device although an iPod touch can be supplied by Parago if requested at £169 + VAT (including post and packing). Option 3 Parago PC Discovery and SAM — All the features of Option 1 plus the Discovery Agent for automatically discovering all your PCs and software, the automated Software Licence Manager including software metering. This system also benefits from daily alerts for new and deleted software, plus add or removed items within PCs that are on or off site... eliminating the need for manual audits. Prices from £400 per annum fully inclusive of support and hosting charges.

Option 4 Parago Complete Solution — The complete solution includes options 1, 2 and 3.

Additional Terms

Annual Support includes telephone/email support, bandwidth and data storage plus program updates.

Service Options

Asset Discovery and Audit Service

We provide a customised Asset Discovery and Audit service. Ideally suited for organisations that acknowledge the need to have a fully populated asset management system but do not have the internal resource to conduct the initial work. Our experienced auditors will place barcode labels on assets, scan in the items, place the assets in the appropriate rooms on the Parago system and input any data required behind each asset. We can also provide an annual audit service which will result in all the assets in the Parago system being confirmed as still present, their new location if moved and any missing and new assets. PAT Testing Services

We provide a PAT testing service for organisations of all sizes. Our qualified PAT testers can also combine this service with Asset Discovery and Auditing. Your Parago account will be updated with the PAT testing results.

Training

We also provide online training which is available at £75 per hour. Onsite training sessions can be arranged for individuals or delegates within a training room. The venue will need to have internet connected PC’s so that each delegate will be able to work on the live system. Full day and half day onsite training costs are available on request.
