Parago Newsletter - Easter 2009

Welcome to the Easter 2009 newsletter

2009 will bring lots of new updates to Parago and this first quarter is no exception!

Following on from our multi-user upgrade last quarter, access rights and disposal modules will be added 1st April. Further additions include a depreciation feature, new reports and upgrades to the software license manager.

We are always looking for more schools to take part in beta testing and can only continue to develop Parago to cater for school needs with feedback from you!

If you would like to be involved, email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Schools trialling beta do not test upgrades in their own live account.

Have your say at Parago!

As well as regular updates to Parago we have three major developments for 2009. These include a Linux and Apple Agent, a new ParagoMobile system and reports module.

Remember, these upgrades are free to Parago users so it is in your interest to help us modify the changes to suit you.

New Parago partners

March 2009 added two new partners to our select number of premium resellers. Misco and Ramesys are well known faces in the education sector and will launch Parago as part of their software solutions to tie in with the new financial year.

With further pressure being put on schools to use their budgets more effectively, Parago is proving invaluable for accurate asset procurement forecasts. Free webinar training sessions – Get involved!

We want to encourage schools to utilise the full benefits of Parago. All too often when training schools we hear: ‘I didn't realise Parago did that.“ Happy as we are that those users go home pleased by what else Parago can do, it's odds on that other schools out there are not reaping the full potential.

Parago is used by ICT, maintenance, administration and management staff. Schools such as Green Lane Primary, Millais Secondary and St Paul's Academy that use Parago to its full extent state: ‘it is like having another member of staff.“ So if you feel you need more training why not take advantage of these new free webinar sessions?

Sessions will last 30 minutes and are timetabled every fortnight from April. Check out what's coming up at www.parago.co.uk/webinar. You can even make suggestions on forthcoming sessions at our forum.

We look forward to hearing from you.
