Levett Consultancy discovers Osmani's assets

Over the half term break we had Levett Consultancy come into school and carry out a full asset management audit using "Parago". We did have this system in school last year but due to time restraints on staff and other duties that needed to be carried out we felt it would be worthwhile to have Paul and his team come in and get all our assets on this system, once and for all. Photos were taken of each room and as requested, only included items over £100 value in their audit. I am now able to access the system and print off reports simply and quickly, I can create the specific reports that I need and it is very easy to track where items are and make additions or write offs when needed. Due to the consultation with Levett Consultancy I can now use the "energy reports" to assist with reporting to governors and looking at ways to decrease our energy usage and carbon footprint.

Overall the whole process was very quick and stress free for the school and we were able to come back after the holidays to a system running perfectly and with greater knowledge on how to utilise the tools that are within the software. A great investment well worth the usage of a couple of our consultancy days.
